Rpgshow Return Policy?
RPGSHOW offers a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy for their lace wigs. Returns and exchanges are accepted for wigs that have not been cut, tampered, or altered. Due to hygiene and public safety concerns, used items cannot be returned.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Beyond 7 business days, free exchange or return services are not available. All wigs, except for cap construction and cap size, can be freely exchanged. If a customer makes an error in choosing cap construction or cap size, a $30 restocking and handling fee may be charged.
Custom wigs may incur additional charges for returns. Only one-time complimentary exchange service is provided, with a $30 restocking and handling fee for the second exchange. Clearance wigs are not eligible for return or exchange.
